Completely refurbished unit with filter by-pass system so f
ilter can be replaced without stopping the unit.

New MTH pump, tube heat exchanger, flow by-pass, pressure gauge, DI flow meter, hoses, DI tubing, Quick Connects and Comm board, casters and 20 ft. power cord. Manifolds are completely rebuilt.
Unit is tested and certified with 90 days warranty.

We provide FREE pickup and delivery of your systems within a two-hour radius of our repair center. Upon receiving your system, we provide a FREE diagnosis and then contact you for your review and approval. We back all repairs with completed test documents and we guarantee our work!
Chiller Uptime Technologies offers repair and refurbishment for all brands of chillers and heat exchangers, including Neslab, SMC, Bay Voltex, Edwards, Lam (and M&W), AMAT, ATS, Julabo, Daikin and Lydall /Affinity products. We have service centers in Springfield, OR and San Leandro, CA.
As an introductory offer, we will give you a reduced labor rate and a 20% discount on parts for the first two systems that we repair for you.

WARRANTY POLICY
Chiller Uptime Technologies, LLC Warranty policy applies to all repairs and assets sold.  Please be sure to include the full model number, serial number, and a short description of the failure in your email.
WARRANTY TERMS:
Ø
Unless otherwise noted at the time of sale, warranty policy period will last 90 days, and starts at the day of shipment. Warranty does not include shipping damage, so it is always recommended to insure your shipment!

If Freight is prepaid for shipping, please notify CUT if you would like us to include insurance on the shipping quote. Default shipping arrangements do not include insurance. CUT will not be responsible for any shipping damage.

Warranty repairs are to be made at one of our repair locations in Springfield, OR or San Leandro, CA. Warranty repairs are not made on-site.
Ø
The customer is responsible for freight to our repair facility. Once the shipment has arrived we will evaluate the unit to determine if the warranty claim is valid.
Ø
Warranty claims will not be considered valid if we determine that the customer is responsible for the damage. For instance, if the unit has pump damage or a clogged filter due to the use of contaminated process fluid, the warranty will be voided. If the warranty is voided the customer will be quoted the repair costs.
Ø
Valid warranty claims will cover all parts and labor costs. However, inbound freight will not be reimbursed.
Ø
If the warranty claim is valid, CUT will pay for shipping back to the customer site.
