    You are looking at a brand new Tandy Leather Craftool Border Tool.  This item 3204-00 carves a perfect border with a width up to 1-1/2".  This border tool fits 3/8" swivel knife blade. The swivel knife is locked in with the screw that is at the top of the picture. The width is adjustable from 1/16" (1.6 mm) to 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) by using the screw on the side. By holding the swivel knife at a angle and pulling towards you, you will have a perfect border line.
