Effortlessly achieve a profesionally smooth and polished finish to fondant, icing, sugarpaste and marzipan. The polishing tool is made from food grade plastic and has an easy hold handle for precise smoothing of your fondant.
How to Use
Place the sugarpaste onto your work surface and roll out to fit over your cake. Use some icing sugar if you do not have a non stick mat.
Using a rolling pin, gather your sugarpaste and gently place it over your cake.
For best results use 2 smoothing tools. One tool can be used to gently polish the sides of the cake while the other tool is used for holding the cake firmly in position from the top. With practice you can smooth and polish the top and sides at the same time.
