Industrial Leather Cutter Tool Vintage Antique Cast Iron Cobbler Tool Stip Tack.
I really neat old leather cutting tool. It cuts strips of 1/2 in. It's still roll smoothly. I put some paper through it as seen in one of the photos. I have not cleaned the item it's a recent estate fine. Looks to be turn of the century. The top cover is made from brass, most of the parts are cast iron and some are steel.
