Simply take your pampas outside and sway the bundle slowly and carefully. Some amount of shedding is normal initially. This will not change the look or shape of the plumes. Your pampas grass is natural and dried - there's no need for water. Color, size, and shape of each plume of pampas may vary. Unwrap slowly, over an easy-to-clean surface. Some shedding is normal, try securing your pampas with hairspray. Your pampas will open up after a few days by themselves. For better results, try gently blow-drying your pampas. Adjust length by cutting from the bottom, make taller by placing fillers in vase.
