Malossi designed this exhaust system for one reason, to get maximum performance out of Yamaha's TMax 500 on the racetrack. Malossi does more with the T-Max than any other large scooter, and this exhaust system is one of the results.
Malossi's Racing Exhaust System is one of the best upgrades you can make.
Thanks to the great development of Malossi Engineering's race development department (utilizing the most up-to-date equipment) and to their extensive racing experience, Malossi wanted to make a significant difference by incorporating the following design requirements to the new racing exhaust system: innovative look, performance, lightness, reliability and QUALITY.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Aluminum alloy casing with anodized titanium finish, elliptical cross section.
- Stainless steel end caps with laser logo markings.
- A "chicane" silencer system with the addition of sound absorbing mineral fibers, possessing high noise damping and non-degrading qualities.
- Stainless steel exhaust tubes from the cylinder to the silencer.
The final assembly utilizes stainless steel riveted clamps producing a sealing area of exceptional mechanical strength in turn eliminating any exhaust gas leakage.
The Malossi Racing Exhaust Systems come complete with all the necessary mounting hardware and gaskets.
