When we "launched" the RB Continental back in 2008 (literally, from the top of a three story building) we had no idea that we’d be the vanguard of a new era in protective bags that would transform the expectations of professional and hobbyist musicians all over the world. With the RB Continental Voyager series, we’re excited to up the ante once again.
We’ve refined and revised our shock absorbing and impact-resistant Flexoskeleton™ with an efficient internal structure that maintains our high standard of protection while reducing weight and bulk dramatically. We’ve further articulated our Quadraweave™ exterior with a modern Black Heather texture that wears well and looks great.
All of the great ergonomic features of the original RB Continental are evident and even improved in the new Voyager series. Our Zero G™ handle still feels as weightless as ever, but we’ve added an edge seam to improve longevity and durability. The removable shoulder strap makes transportation a breeze. Internal padded dividers support and lock your instruments and accessories in place. We even included a removable pouch for three of your favorite mouthpieces.
Most importantly, we’ve consistently maintained our high standards for quality craftsmanship that we established back in the 1970s when we created the first professionally accepted gig bag. We use industrial-grade high-tensile thread, reversed water-resistant zippers, abrasion and scuff resistant corded edges and seams, EVA backed material, knurled abrasion grid around key exterior areas to resist scuffing, custom molded industrial strength zippers, and internally reinforced structure in those high stress areas. Best of all, we back this up with the peace of mind that comes from an industry leading limited lifetime warranty.

PayPal is our preferred method of payments it's the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for your goods or services online. PayPal offers buyer and seller protection should there be a problem.

Shipping
All USA shipments are generally processed and shipped the same day or next day after payment is received. Normal shipping service for packages 2 lbs or less is USPS while larger packages are shipped Fedex. We also offer FedEx Next Day Air and FedEx 2nd Day Air services when needed. Please contact us for a quote. International shipments and APO/FPO may take longer to process due to the extra paperwork for customs and hand delivering the packages to the proper shipper when necessary. Please Note: Due to weekends and holidays there are a few times a year that we cannot keep this schedule. If you absolutely must have an item by a certain date, please contact us first before buying or purchasing.

New Gear: If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of a new item, simply return it in its original condition within 45 days of purchase (see exceptions below) and we’ll give you a full refund. It’s that simple. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge. Please contact us for detailed return handling charges. Your refund will be promptly processed upon successful evaluation of your returned item from our trained category professionals. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Used Gear: If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of a used item, simply return it in its original condition within 14 days of shipment and we’ll give you a full refund. Items not returned in original condition are subject to a return handling charge. Select used item are not returnable.
International Shipments: Our return policies for new and used gear also apply to international shipments. Please see any additional policies and information shipped with your package for more details.
Exceptions: There are no returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage, demo and select used items. Additionally, the following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened - strings, reeds, computers, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, sheet music, cleaners, polishes and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, books, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging.All returned woodwind and brass instruments incur a .00 sanitization fee. Returned bows are assessed a .00 restocking fee. Returned mouthpieces priced over 0 incur an .00 sanitization fee; the fee for mouthpieces under 0 is .00. Stringed instruments priced at 99.00 or more, must be returned within 10 days of shipment. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.
