May be lead pipe part for baritone or euphonium. . Old brass musical instrument part. I am not an authority on these parts, but describe them as best i can. I do not know who the maker is, maybe you do. Likely old USA name brand part, but could be something else. These are the pictures I have with my old camera. Do not ask for other pics.
