sale is for a vintage progressive leather cutter, leather skiver it is incomplete, missing crank/ handle but the shafts rotate smoothly as designed.  it measures 18 inches long with the table. cast iron body, weighs 23 lbs. works as designed. no cracks or welds in the body. would operate as a hand cutter with a crank or powered by using a pulley, belt and motor. nice piece, table is removeable. examine photos, ask questions what you see is what you get no returns.
