Here is a vintage leather work punch. This is a pinking punch; the cutting edge has a zig zag pattern. I didn't find any maker's marks. The shaft is marked 5/8. This measures 5/8" across. It is 3 5/8" long overall. Get this handy tool!

This is used.  It has discoloring, scratches and wear.  There is rust and pitting.  The end has some mushrooming from striking.  The edge has a chip, it still measures 5/8" wide with the chip missing.
